Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders containing in-stock and "Ready To Ship" products are processed within 2 days of your order being received, Monday through Saturday.  The Processing time (of 2 days or less) are in addition to the shipper's (USPS, UPS, etc) shipping times and shipping service you select at checkout.  "Custom Branded" products are created, processed and shipped within 2 weeks of your digital proof approval.  

MISSING OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party is responsible for contacting the shipper (UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx). A tracking number will be provided and we will do our best to assist you in the event that a package is delayed or lost.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated per product and cover shipping to a single destination. If multiple items are ordered and shipment to multiple destinations are desired, a shipping charge for the additional destinations will incur.
