Shipping + Delivery
All items are shipped via US Postal Service or UPS and/or its affiliates. Taylor Made Polish and its subsidiaries reserves the right to select an alternate carrier or shipping method so long as it does not result in an additional charge to you the customer, or result in the order being delayed beyond the parameters set forth below. Shipping times on wholesale items and the “ship date” are determined by the nature of the product. Most items will be complete and ready for shipment (ship date) in approximately 2-4 business days, with the exception of custom orders which take between 10-14 days. During the holiday season (Nov 19 – Dec 31st) production times may be extended. Items generally arrive at their desired location within 2-5 business days of ship date depending on the final destination. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. Taylor Made has no control over shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates and may vary. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will inform you by e-mail or phone. Your items may ship in multiple boxes.
We do not accept returns on custom products unless due to a manufacturing defect.
Damaged during shipping: If your item(s) is damaged during transit, please notify us within 5 Business Days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP.
Completed orders: Once your order is placed online, it cannot be canceled for any reason. If you have any question about product returns, discrepancies, back-ordered items or anything else, please contact the Taylor Made headquarters directly at emailing – firstname.lastname@example.org.
All return shipping charges will be borne by the Retailer unless the item is being returned because of a manufacturer’s defect. Reshipment fees apply to all returned packages due to an undeliverable address. Credit for shipping charges will be given at the end of the refund process. Taylor Made will refund GROUND SHIPPING charges on returns for defects. Any other shipping methods can not be refunded.
If a product is deemed defective, a complete inspection of products returned will take place to determine the authentication of a request. If an item is approved for replacement, the original sales order receipt/number must accompany the item being returned. Items that are replaced will be identical to the original order and have the same design unless it is determined by the company that a change would be beneficial.
Taylor Made can not claim responsibility for any items that may become retired or discontinued without notice.
Taylor Made will warrant manufacturer defects for items returned for replacement or repair within 7 days of product delivery date. Items that are defective may only be replaced with the same product and design. Due to the nature of natural and organic ingredients, sometimes there will be variations in color, texture or scent of products. Client must acknowledge and accept this possibility prior to purchase of products. Items will not be refunded, replaced or exchanged if it is determined that the product has a natural variation. Taylor Made reserves the right to examine each item that is being returned. Under certain circumstances, a Retailer may be contacted to discuss the damaged product(s).
Custom Polish and Lip Colors:
Due to variations in digitally provided color matches computer monitor settings may vary and we cannot guarantee your color will be an exact match. Because our custom color matches are created with natural colorants colors may vary and suggest providing a physical color swatch for the best color matching results. The optimal color match with natural ingredients is to have a physical swatch or item sent to the Taylor Made Studio. Physical color swatch items can be sent to:

Your order number must be referenced and if you need the item returned please provide postage paid return package or make arrangements directly with the studio. Alternatively, if you will be re-ordering the same color and would like us to retain the color matched item, please contact us at email@example.com to make arrangements.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions:
Taylor Made reserves the right to have periodic promotions throughout the year. Discounts apply to regular priced items within the guidelines of the promotion. Discounts will be applied to your cart subtotal before taxes and shipping. Applicable taxes and fees will still be applied. The discount is only valid for the dates listed on the promo. You may redeem one promotion code per order.
All approved wholesalers will create an account with Taylor Made. This will enable you to view the most accurate pricing and move through the checkout and delivery process faster. Special packaging may be required on larger orders. Taylor Made reserves the right to package items accordingly to ensure safe delivery.
